Human Psychology and Self-Knowledge Pack. 3 Books (Spanish Edition)
from Jolie Pratt
These three books were born from the same question asked from different angles: why do people—including myself—act the way we do in love, at work, and in daily life? I created the Human Psychology and Self-Knowledge Pack to bring together in one place three complementary perspectives on the human mind: narcissism and its traits, the personality typologies so widely discussed today on social media, and how two people can experience the same situation and recount it in completely different ways. This pack provides you with a much more complete map of yourself and those around you than a single book could offer, because each title illuminates a different piece of the same puzzle: who I am, how I behave, and why I sometimes clash with those closest to me without fully understanding why.
Some Say I'm a Narcissist explores, chapter by chapter, the traits we usually associate with narcissism—the need to shine, professional charm, difficulty in apologizing, loneliness at the top—without falling into easy diagnosis or moral judgment. It's the ideal book if you've ever been called a narcissist and want to understand what's behind the label, or if you live with someone whose behavior fits what I describe here and you need to understand them better to relate to them without losing yourself in the process. Its greatest virtue is that it doesn't point from the outside but explains from within why these patterns exist. The book also dedicates space to the less obvious nuances of this profile: the paradoxical generosity that sometimes accompanies it, the pride in others' successes when those successes reflect well on the observer, and the demand for firm guidance towards those around that person, which can be interpreted as leadership or control depending on where the line is drawn.
Personalities in Perspective explores the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Omega, Sigma, and Delta archetypes so widely circulated on social media, but with a real historical and psychological basis behind them, analyzing how each typology behaves in love, work, finances, and their relationship with themselves. It's the perfect read if you've taken one of those viral tests and genuinely want to understand what your result means, or if you're simply interested in better understanding your partner, boss, or friends through a framework that helps you anticipate how they think and what they need from you. For each archetype, I also analyze its relationship with money and finances, an aspect almost no viral test mentions, as well as how different profiles interact within the same romantic or professional relationship, which helps to understand frictions that, from the outside, seem inexplicable.
Points of View closes the pack with a different reflection: how the same reality changes shape depending on who observes it, and what we can learn from that difference instead of fighting over it. It's a short book designed to train cognitive empathy, with practical exercises to help you ask better questions before drawing conclusions in an argument. Read alongside the other two titles, it completes the circle: you first understand certain extreme personality traits, then more general typologies, and finally how to apply all that understanding to your own daily conflicts with those around you. It also includes a very specific exercise to practice in any recent disagreement: writing it first from your own point of view, and then, with the same honesty, from the other person's point of view—a simple yet surprisingly effective exercise for lowering the emotional intensity of any conflict.
I am Kristina Farkas, and I brought these three books together in a pack because I wrote them, at different times, pursuing the same curiosity to understand how the human mind truly works, my own and that of those around me. The pack is available in print and ebook editions, with identical content in both formats, and works very well both as personal self-knowledge reading and as a gift for someone going through a moment of many questions about their relationships. I ship throughout Spain and Europe, and the ebook is available instantly if you prefer to start today. This pack also combines very well with Heart Saboteurs, as it specifically delves into how these same personality patterns affect romantic relationships.
